Lesson 6- Key words for literature

Observation lesson 6 word document using key words to guide for effective  literature search.

In a Word document we had to explained in a l00 words or less how one would use key words to guide an effective literature search. We could used example to clearly explain the process.
My answer below:

How would I use key words to guide an effective literature search?  I would find background information that would have me to identify the main concept to support my topic. Make a list of the terms used to refer to these concepts.  An effective literature search should be well thought out and organized.  First, I would have a clear idea of the topic I am searching. I would create question for my topic that I am researching.
I would used the five W’s what, when, who, where and why for a more in depth research. For example, if my key word were Cancer, I would research information on Cancer; my first question would be what type of Cancer.  Where is this Cancer located, who does this cancer effect.
